In the middle of summer we rolled up our sleeves, sharpened the nibs of our writing instruments, cleaned our laptop keyboards and got down to writing. Slowly, with the vertiginous increase in the Furnace's temperatures, the first texts took shape. Then came the graphics. And later, the corrections. And the first calendar day of autumn, surprised us and you, our dear customers, at the Olivo cafe, flipping through the pages of the dedicated newspaper: The Daily Cup.
In the last three months, leisurely going through the four information-rich pages of the Olivo Coffee Roastery publication, you had the opportunity to get to know Marius Nica from a different perspective. That of a simple and hardworking man, driven by his incredible passion for coffee. You learned how to prepare a French Press, but also discovered other methods of preparing coffee: espresso, aeropress, chemex...and many more. Also in the pages of our newspaper you read about the origins of specialty coffee and, in preparation for a belated vacation, you learned about 5 famous coffee shops in Europe that you can visit whenever you are on the go.
Now, on the eve of winter, we have set out to surprise you again. In a few days, we will offer you a new issue of The Daily Cup alongside that aromatic espresso you serve every day. Second. More complex, more attractive, richer in eclectic information from the world of coffee and those who are passionate about coffee, the Olivo Coffee Roastery newspaper grows with the eyes, in three months, as other publications in seven, that's the story. And because we don't particularly like self-praise, we entrust you with the role of explorer, in the hope that this time we will also be able to pleasantly surprise you with news, novelties and beautiful stories, with the fragrant smell of fresh coffee ground
The quality of the result? You will decide that by reading the new issue of The Daily Cup. We are waiting for your opinions :)
