1. Definitions
Buyer: any natural person, company or other legal entity that issues an Order and is a registered user of the website www.olivocoffeeculture.com

Product: any product included in the order to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.
Order: the electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer by which the Seller agrees to deliver the Products, and the Buyer agrees to receive these Products and pay their consideration, if they have not already been paid.
Contract: Order confirmed by the Seller.
2. Contractual terms
The use of the website by the Buyer, respectively the registration of an electronic order, implies his acceptance of the terms and conditions below, as well as the acceptance of the use of the email address as a method of written communication at a distance.
Confirmation of the Order by the Seller implies full acceptance of the terms of the Order. Acceptance of the Order by the Seller is considered completed when there is an electronic confirmation (email) from the Seller to the Buyer (confirmation of receipt from the Buyer is not required). The contract enters into force upon confirmation of the Order by the Seller, and the terms and conditions presented on this page ("Website Terms and Conditions") are its basis.
Communication with the online store can be done using the contact information provided in the "Contact" section.
The products presented on the olivocoffeeculture.com website are offered while stocks last. For this reason, Nos Coffee SRL assumes the right not to honor a certain order if that product no longer exists in the supplier's stock or does not meet the quality required by the Seller.
The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by SC Nos Coffee SRL to any Buyer, in the case of non-delivery or improper delivery, is the amount collected by the Seller from that Buyer.
Prices:
All prices are expressed in RON. The gross price, including the applicable VAT rate, is indicated together with a detailed description of the products. The price of each product specified at the time of placing the order is binding and will not change until payment is made.
The Store reserves the right to change the prices of the products available in the Store, to introduce new products, to make and withdraw special offers on the Store sites or to modify the sites.
For products that have a special price or products that are on sale, orders will be fulfilled in the order in which the confirmed orders appeared on our electronic sales board. The number of products that have a special price or are on sale is limited. Special prices are valid for a limited time only. The customer cannot request a refund, i.e. the difference between the special price and the normal price, if the order was placed after the period when the product was available at a special price.
For products unavailable on the website, the price cannot be guaranteed.
Availability may change at any time during order processing.
SC Nos Coffee SRL reserves the right to select its customers. We reserve the right to refuse collaboration with customers who have inappropriate behavior or language or uncivilized language, or with customers whose orders have been refused, for unjustified reasons.
The prices presented are in lei, include VAT (9% or 19%) and do not include delivery costs.
The transfer of ownership of the Products takes place at the time of delivery (assumes receipt of the tax invoice by the Buyer).
5. Contractual Liability
The seller cannot be responsible for the following situations:
- any errors appearing on the website, regardless of the reasons for their appearance, including but not limited to changes to the site, settings or scripts;
- for errors arising as a result of using certain browsers to visit the site;
- any kind of damage that could result from the use of the information presented on the website, from its lack, from any type of errors or omissions that can lead to any kind of losses.
6. Subscribe and unsubscribe to the newsletter
Subscribing and unsubscribing to the newsletter on the website is free and voluntary.
By registering as a user and subscribing to the newsletter, the request to receive commercial communications to the email address provided when the account was created is considered accepted.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by following the instructions at the bottom of each email.

The Olivo Coffee Culture App is a privately owned app, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the Olivo Coffee Culture App.

The Olivo Coffee Culture App benefits from a 24/7 operating schedule, interaction with the physical restaurant being possible only within the schedule established for each Olivo Coffee Culture location.
All products available in our store are in stock in our warehouse and their status is updated every day. However, product availability information is subject to change without prior notice.
Intellectual property
3.1 The content and concept of the Application, including the design and user experience, as well as the databases accessible through it, are privately owned and protected by applicable copyright and related rights. In the case of information and content posted by third parties or partners on the application, the copyright and responsibility for such information belongs entirely to those who published the information. Olivo Wallet
How it works and what it is
An electronic wallet is a modern and convenient way to manage and carry out financial transactions. This guide will detail how the Olivo Coffee Culture eWallet works, including the process of loading the wallet, adding cards and using it for payments.
Download and install the app:
The user must download and install the Olivo Coffee Culture app on their device.
Create an account:
The user will create an account in the application by providing personal information such as name, email address and phone number.

The user accesses the "Wallet" section in the application and selects the "Top Up" option:
The user enters the amount he wants to feed into the e-wallet.
The user chooses the method by which he wants to fund the wallet, such as using a bank card or other available options.
The user enters their bank card details such as card number, expiry date and security code.
To ensure the authenticity of the card, some additional checks may be performed, such as entering an additional security code sent via SMS or a bank authorization.
The user completes the transaction by confirming the details and authorizing the payment.
After the wallet is funded, the amount of money cannot be returned and can be used exclusively within the application, without the possibility of withdrawal or use outside of it.
Bank card data is processed by STRIPE. The application stores the last 4 digits of the bank card.
The bank card can be deleted at any time by the user by accessing the Payment section of the User Profile.
The use
The use of the wallet will take place exclusively in the application. The user will be able to buy Olivo Coffee Culture products in the app.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
1. Order payment
Products ordered on our website must be paid for in full. The payment of the ordered products can be made online by bank card, with tokens from the user account or cash at the time of delivery (cash on delivery system) or with a payment order (on request).
2. Delivery of the order
SC Nos Coffee SRL reserves the right to inform the Buyer about the delivery of the order through an appropriate communication method, before it is honored.
The delivery of the ordered products will be made throughout the country, through fast courier companies, from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays, within 3 working days from the order confirmation date.
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer.
Delivery costs are as follows:
– FREE for orders with a total value of more than 100. lei with delivery on the territory of Romania
– For orders with values lower than 100 lei for orders within Romania, the cost of transport is 15 lei.
All shipping charges include VAT.
RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

SC Nos Coffee SRL sells products from the food, beverage, equipment and accessories category. According to the legislation in force (Ord. 130/2000 supplemented by law 51/2003 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts - art. 12, point a) and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20.05. 1997 on consumer protection regarding distance contracts - art. 3, point (2), first paragraph - contracts for the supply of food products, beverages or other consumer goods, delivered to the consumer, cannot be terminated unilaterally.
Food and beverage products cannot be returned unless the product(s) are non-compliant in terms of quantity and quality.
Products in the category of equipment and accessories can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, by prior notification to the Seller at the email address contact@olivocoffeeculture.com
The costs related to the return of the products will be borne by the Buyer.
For the return, the Buyer can choose any type of transport service.

After returning the products, the Buyer can opt to replace them with other products from the website's offer. Otherwise, their value will be returned to the Buyer within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the return by the Seller.

The products sold through the website are new, in the original packaging of the manufacturer and at the time of delivery are accompanied by the tax invoice. The seller does not offer any other guarantees for the products sold on the website, apart from those provided by the manufacturers and the law.

The Olivo Coffee Culture Barista School courses are bound by the terms and conditions below, and enrollment in the courses implies acceptance of them. The presented terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
REGISTRATION
1.Before enrolling in the course, please ensure that you have read the course description and content in its entirety to ensure that it is consistent with your expectations and needs.
2. After purchasing the course and confirming the payment, your place is reserved/confirmed.
3. Important note: Olivo Coffee Culture's confirmation of your enrollment in the course entails the existence of a legal contract between the parties, based on these terms and conditions.
PAYMENT
4. Registration for the course is done by purchasing it from the olivocoffeeculture.com website or from the Olivo Coffee Culture mobile application.
5. After the payment, the tax invoice will be issued, which is the proof of enrollment in the course.
PRIVACY
6. The personal data collected is used by Olivo Coffee Culture to facilitate enrollment in courses and to notify learners of upcoming events, where permission is given.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
7. In case of cancellation, the course participation fee is not refundable.
8. If for various reasons you can no longer participate in the course, it is possible to send someone else in your place
9. If not enough participants are registered for a course, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course to a later date. Notification of the postponement of classes by Olivo Coffee Culture will be made at least 24 hours before the start of the class.
10. In case of cancellation or postponement of the course by Olivo Coffee Culture, the registered persons will be informed about the situation and will have 2 possibilities: to receive a full refund of the registration fee or for the paid registration fee to be taken into account for a future course . Olivo Coffee Culture cannot be held responsible for other costs or losses suffered by the registered persons, resulting from the cancellation of the course, such as costs related to transport, accommodation, etc.
FORCE MAJEURE
11. Olivo Coffee Culture cannot be held liable for refunds and taxes or other penalties, if a course is canceled due to war, fire, strikes, industrial action, storms, accidents, civic demonstrations or any other causes that it is not in his control.
FINAL PROVISIONS
12. These Terms and Conditions together with the information available on the olivocoffeeculture.com blog constitute the agreement of the parties regarding the courses. No variations or exceptions to the Terms and Conditions are accepted, except in a note signed and approved by the Company Director. Only agreements made in writing are accepted as valid and no verbal agreements between the parties will be considered.
