Payment method: A single payment is made at the time of purchase, and every month you will receive your selected capsule package according to the plan you paid for.

You will receive a mix of capsules based on your chosen preferences. After placing your order, we will contact you to finalize your selection together. Subscriptions do not include limited edition capsules (e.g., Summer Blend), and the Choco Banana product can only be included in The Growth Office Deal and The Executive Office Deal packages, with a maximum of one box per month.

Olivo Coffee Culture Capsule Machine Instructions:

Powering on:

  • Press any button to turn on the machine.

  • When the lights flash, the machine is in the heating phase.

  • Once the lights remain steady, the machine is ready for use.

Filling the water tank:

  • Remove and open the dedicated water tank.

  • Add fresh water, then close the tank securely.

Inserting the capsule and extraction:

  • Press the extraction button to start the heating cycle and allow water to flow.

  • Insert a capsule into the compartment and close the lid.

  • Choose the extraction type:
    • Small cup – 30 ml
    • Large cup – 50–60 ml

  • Press the corresponding button to begin brewing.

Maintenance messages:

  1. If the water tank icon flashes, it’s time to refill the tank.

  2. If the used capsule icon flashes, please empty the used capsule container.

  3. If the machine runs out of water during operation, it will lock. To unlock it, remove the capsule, refill the water tank, and restart the extraction.
