And this is how it all started: with the passion of some people for coffee and their desire to improve the quality of bar services in the restaurants where we started our activity. With the flavors of Marty Restaurants, followed by those of Olivo Caffe and the numerous investments in a coffee roaster and equipment to take this story to a level that I had not even dreamed of at first. With the first cup of coffee served and to the point where, now, we offer consulting and specialized services for numerous customers in the HoReCa field.
We set out to bring the world of coffee closer to you. Let's talk with love about this liquor that transformed our lives and share with you the vision of the Olivo Coffee Roastery. This newspaper is the bridge between us, the coffee lovers, and the future lovers of this preparation. Here you will learn more about what a coffee of origin means, preparation methods, recommendations of places where you can drink your coffee when you are not in Cluj, events and tastings you can participate in and news from the world of coffee.
