French Press

1. Preheat the French Press with hot water;
2. Weigh the coffee beans, then grind the coffee - the degree of grinding should be somewhere between medium and coarse (with a texture similar to that of breadcrumbs).
3. Add hot water (90°C) to the French Press, over the ground coffee, starting the timer set for 4 minutes (to obtain a good extraction, it is important that the hot water be poured over the coffee, using the kettle- ului, slowly, not all at once).
4. Mix with a stirrer or spoon, gently, for 10 seconds.
5. Place the cover of the French Press with the piston raised.
6. After the timed 4 minutes have passed, press the press and serve the coffee. It is important to serve the coffee immediately because the longer you leave the coffee in the container, the longer the extraction will continue and the more bitter the resulting coffee will be.

And now, it remains to enjoy a perfect French Press :)
