Academia Del Caffe is like a journey where you learn everything specialty coffee means: from the bean to the cup.
The second module of this course series focuses on coffee brewing methods using household equipment.
In this first module, you will learn:
- inexpensive methods of brewing coffee at home, keeping the focus on the basic principles of coffee brewing and the versatility of these methods.
You will learn about its provenance, origins, what are the differences between origins, about coffee processing methods, what are the major differences between arabica (specialty coffee) and robusta (commercial coffee), about the roasting process. You will also "get to know" the coffee bean and dissect it together with our colleagues.
Running time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Every Monday, between 16:00-17:30, at Olivo Coffee Culture in the Museum Square in Cluj-Napoca.
