The coffee is 100% dried in a cement yard and mechanical processing. The farm practices tree planting, waste treatments and containment of diesel oil supply and agricultural inputs.
They work in partnership with Artisan protocol for coffee fermentation. They carry out maturation analysis for the beginning of the harvest. They improved their mechanical drying equipment and their processing machine. The coffee is made by people who love what they do, from the owner, to everyone who collaborates daily.
