Esențe Matcha is an organic Imperial-grade Matcha tea. It is harvested in the Chūbu region, Shizuoka Prefecture—the largest green tea growing area in Japan, known for producing some of the finest Matcha powders in the world. The leaves used for this Matcha are called Tencha and are shaded for one month before harvest, then gently and finely ground using granite stone mills. This tea offers a full-bodied, sweet, and delicate flavor, with a distinct umami note.
