Attend the workshop and learn about:
- insights about the most used preparation methods
- Extraction ration
- which influences the quality of the extraction
- we will test all the important parameters that you have to take into account in the preparation: turbulence, grinding, degassing, water temperature, etc.
- extraction tests with the refractometer
- evaluating and tasting a filter coffee
This workshop is intended for groups between 2-4 people. The registration of a single person to the workshop will result in the postponement of the workshop on the originally chosen date and its rescheduling at a later date decided together with our colleagues.
